Information & Conditions.
Sorry we do not deliver food on Mondays.
If you wish to discuss your order we will be happy to speak to you Monday to Friday. (Sorry we cannot discuss or take orders on Sundays).
As we are busy preparing orders on a Saturday, please avoid this day. Saturday is strictly by appointment only.
Dates subject to availability.
Your date is only confirmed when your order is fully placed with a 50% deposit. (Changes can be made prior to 7 days of the function only).
Deliveries.
Please give the post code for your delivery address.
(Please note we only deliver to the door, we do not supply any other services or sundries).
Orders £150.00 and over FREE (Local only - Dartford, Bexley & Sidcup or very close surrounding areas).
Areas other than local - there will be a £12.00 handling charge (we do not deliver under £150.00).
All orders £1000.00 or over delivered free.
Delivery Times.
Tuesday to Saturday:- from 9.30am to 6.30pm.
Sunday:- from 10am to 2.00pm (local only).
A £15.00 handling charge will be made on all deliveries on a Sunday.
Your food will be ready to serve so please allow a realistic time before delivery/collection as your buffet should only be kept at cool room temperature for a maximum of 4 hours or kept at 0-5°C.
Terms & Conditions of Payment.
50% deposit is required on all orders when placed or paid in full if 7 days or less prior to the date required.
The remaining 50% to be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to your order date.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not send out final invoices so please make sure this is paid prior to the seven days.
Cancellations.
25% deposit non-refundable 14 days prior to order date.
50% deposit non-refundable 7 prior to order date.
100% deposit non-refundable 24 hours prior to order date.
Every effort will be made to adhere to prices quoted. However, in cases of orders placed some time in advance we reserve the right to alter any price without prior notice.
